First Student in Weymouth/Abington, MA is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily bus operations, ensure routes are covered and running on time, and provide frontline support to drivers and monitors. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent customer care.
The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours around a 55-hour work week. CDL may be considered for higher pay within the stated range. A strong teamwork mentality and clear communication are essential for success.
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Hours: Approximately 55 hours per week
