Job summary

The Raymond School District SAU #33 is seeking a Behavior Coach to support students and programming. You will implement behavior plans, coach staff, track data, and assist with MTSS within the school setting.

Responsibilities include data entry, collaboration with teachers and administrators, and communication with families. The role is a school-year, hourly position with starting pay around $20 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and sixty college credits.
• Minimum of two years of successful experience with students.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and flexibility.
• Training in de-escalation and therapeutic interventions (or CPI training to be completed).
• Proficiency with Google platforms and school info systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and coach staff in classrooms.
• Track data and perform discrete trials with students.
• Support MTSS framework and collaborate district-wide programs.
• Document behavior incidents and generate reports as needed.
• Communicate with families and participate in transition planning.
