Job summary

Rantoul City School District 137 seeks a Behavioral MTSS Clinical Professional to lead behavioral and social-emotional initiatives across PreK-8. You will coach staff, implement MTSS-based supports, and coordinate with licensed professionals for assessment and services.

You will collect and analyze behavior data, develop intervention plans, and provide direct student support while collaborating with families and community partners to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in Illinois.
• Experience working with students with social, emotional, or behavioral needs within schools.
• Leadership experience through coaching or MTSS/problem-solving teams.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and progress-monitoring skills.
• Collaboration with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral observations and data analysis to guide interventions.
• Develop and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with MTSS.
• Provide professional development and coaching on positive behavioral supports.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and counselors to support student success.
• Support crisis response, safety planning, and restorative practices.
• Communicate with families and coordinate community services.
