Job summary

The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a School Behavior Consultant (Eligibility Application) for a 10-month position with a salary between $55,000 and $65,000. The role builds school-wide behavior management infrastructure and coaches staff on trauma-informed practices, data collection, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities include supporting the core team, providing professional development, and collaborating with families to implement individualized behavior plans within the MTSS

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education or related field.
• License or eligibility for licensure: SW/CSW/LP C/LMFT.
• Three years of full-time, paid, professional experience in school-based behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Builds infrastructure in the school community for understanding child behavior.
• Provides support to the school building on behavior management and social emotional learning.
• Advises across the multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) for interventions and classroom management.
