Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education, counselling, social work, psychology, sociology or related field.
• Possess at least five years of successful experience with students in behavioural, alternative or at-risk settings.
• Ability to conduct and interpret functional behavioural assessments and develop effective intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in defining and measuring behavior and applying reinforcement principles.
• Support school teams in collecting and analyzing behavioral data.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and classroom management strategies.
• Plan and deliver professional development on behavior strategies.
• Prepare required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Engage in ongoing professional development on positive student behaviour support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
