Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license in social work or counseling as applicable.
• Experience with students with social, emotional, behavioral, or trauma-related needs in schools.
• Demonstrated leadership in MTSS/problem-solving teams or related school-improvement work.
• Knowledge of functional behavioral assessment concepts and behavior intervention planning.
• Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral observations and data analysis to guide intervention planning.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans and MTSS-aligned supports.
• Provide professional development and coaching on positive behavioral supports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success.
• Lead crisis response and safety planning within licensed practice scope.
• Promote proactive, restorative, relationship-based practices across the school.
