Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position to support students across the district. You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, provide direct and indirect ABA services, and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs while collaborating with educators and families.

You’ll lead staff training, analyze data, prepare progress reports, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure district compliance with IDEA and related standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• BACB 8-hour supervisor training completed.
• PA licensure (if applicable) and background checks.
• Experience in public school with Autism/ES/Life Skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and implement BIPs.
• Administer VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS assessments.
• Provide ABA services to students.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Train staff on ABA, data collection, and positive supports.
• Analyze data, track progress, and prepare progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and make behavioral recommendations.
• Maintain documentation per district policies.
