Job summary

ABC Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise BCBA-Candidates and technicians. The role involves working with children and families in home and community settings, enhancing ABA service delivery, and mentoring upcoming professionals.

In-person with potential for hybrid work, the position emphasizes evidence-based practice, high clinical standards, and collaboration with educators and other providers to support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst License and Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential.
• In person position with potential for hybrid.
• Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling.
• Experience with FBAs, VB-MAPP, Vineland, or ATEC assessments.
• Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians.
• Implement strategies for clients in home and community.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers and school providers.
• Conduct reassessments and monitor progress with data analyses.
• Report progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Support families and colleagues with effective communication.
• Maintain high standard of care.
