Job summary

Behavioral Emotional and Academic Mentoring LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and evaluate behavior interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities and other behavioral challenges. You will lead a team of paraeducators and professionals, ensuring high-quality, individualized care aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification to supervise aides.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with district behavioral teams to communicate student behavior plans.
• Promote relationships with staff and community partners.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Provide leadership to a team of behavior aides and professionals.
• Lead professional development through modeling, coaching, and instruction.
• Conduct orientations and training for paraeducators on BEAM practices.
