Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to lead high-quality ABA services. The role involves designing and supervising behavior intervention plans, conducting FBAs, and mentoring RBTs and Student Analysts while upholding BACB ethics and PBS standards.

You will work across home, school, and community settings, collaborate with families, analyze data, and drive client progress with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements may apply locally.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and students analysts.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behavior and promote skill development.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Analyze data to track outcomes and ensure client and family success; ensure BACB ethics and PBS policies.
