The Judge Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with autism and developmental needs in an educational setting. You will develop behavior intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with school staff and families to drive student outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, collect and analyze data, prepare progress reports, and lead trainings and team meetings. PA licensure or eligibility is preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Completion of BACB supervision training is preferred.
• Pennsylvania licensure or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Implement and monitor individualized ABA programs.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data.
• Complete progress reports and track student outcomes.
• Train staff on ABA strategies, behavior management, and data collection.
• Lead team meetings and provide ongoing behavioral consultation.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance.
• Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other needs.
