Job summary

River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. in Easthampton, MA is hiring a School Based Clinician to provide trauma-informed mental health assessment and treatment in partner schools.

You will develop and adjust treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and guide families through crisis intervention and referrals. Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; MA licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LICSW) preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work.
• LMS/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT MA licensure preferred.
• 3 years experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapy to individuals, families and/or couples.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate referrals, outreach, and case consultations as appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences.
