Job summary

Child & Family Services in Fall River, MA is seeking a Clinician to deliver trauma-informed psychotherapy across outpatient, school, and community settings. Master’s degree required; LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC-I eligibility preferred.

This full-/part-time role features a $7000 sign-on and a schedule with evenings and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include assessments, individual/couples/family therapy, coordination of care, and documentation within an open-access model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
• Must be license eligible for LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LADC-I.
• Cultural competency and trauma-informed practice are essential.
• Ability to conduct trauma-informed assessments and various therapy modalities.
• Strong documentation and coordination of care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, welcoming environment for clients and families.
• Perform trauma-informed assessments to identify client needs.
• Conduct short- and long-term therapy for individuals and families.
• Maintain yearly production expectations based on hours worked.
• Complete billable services within 24 hours of event.
• Coordinate care across health and behavioral health services.
• Maintain CANS certification and EHR calendar accuracy.

Education

Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other clinical licensure eligible degree program
