Job summary

Community Care Network seeks a School Based Clinician to deliver diagnosis, evaluation, psychotherapy, and coordination for students in Rutland, embedded in their school to support social skills and emotional regulation.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and EMR systems. Valid driver’s license and Vermont residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work is required.
• 2–3 years of mental health services experience with school-aged children.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook; EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and interventions for students and families.
• Deliver individual, group and family therapy as needed.
• Maintain case load and adhere to mental health standards and ethics.
• Complete documentation and deadlines, including progress notes and referrals.
• Coordinate with teachers, school staff, and external agencies to plan and monitor services.
