The role emphasizes collaborative care, strong documentation, and adherence to HIPAA. Candidates should have a Master’s in a related field and MA licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LICSW) preferred; willingness to work evenings and Saturdays; experience with diverse populations is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in human services, counseling, clinical psychology or social work.
• Licensure in MA (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LICSW) preferred.
• CANS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapy to individuals, families and/or couples.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and client records.
• Coordinate referrals, outreach, and case consultations as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences and care planning.
• Support crisis intervention and community referrals as required.
