Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Renton, WA. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to work directly with students across districts and to contribute to comprehensive communication goals.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, and maintain detailed documentation while staying current with best practices in

Formación

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid SLP license.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility to obtain CCC.
• School- or pediatric-focused licensure credentials as required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented and collaborative, with student-centered focus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing issues in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers and parents.
• Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support communication needs in school.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications following standards.
• Offer consultation to teachers and parents on strategies for communication development.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
