Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students in Seattle, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, on-site 1.0 FTE role with coverage through 6/18/27.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students access learning environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an OT in the state where services will be provided.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' ability to access and succeed in their educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with their IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.
