Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is in Issaquah, WA, full-time on-site, with coverage starting ASAP.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, provide direct services, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to support students’ communication needs. A master’s in SLP and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC (if applicable).
• Sufficient experience in school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing speech and language goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Stay informed about best practices through professional development.
