Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Issaquah, WA. The role is full-time and onsite, with opportunities for collaboration across districts.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, active state licensure, and ASHA CCC or eligibility. Pediatric experience and cross-state licensing may be required for some assignments. Join a supportive team offering mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active state SLP license is required.
• Washington ESA certificate may be required in some states.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility is required or candidate must be eligible.
• If applying in a state where you do not reside, you must hold a license in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to set goals and support academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with regulations.
• Offer strategies and consultation to teachers and parents for ongoing support.
• Engage in professional development to stay current in the field.
