Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a Seattle-area school for the 2026–2027 year. The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities across assessments, therapy planning, and collaboration with teachers and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, active state license, and ASHA CCC (or eligibility), and have experience with pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC (if applicable).
• If you work in a state you do not reside in, hold licenses in both states.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality therapy.
• Values collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and families.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation on strategies to support student communication development.
• Stay informed about best practices through professional development.
