Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year in Bremerton, WA. You will provide speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP, collaborating with teachers to ensure effective therapy interventions.

The role emphasizes documentation, materials preparation, and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in the school setting, with remote/hybrid options discussed for future roles

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or a related field.
• Current state certification or licensure as a SLPA, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 100 hours of supervised clinical practice under a licensed SLP.
• Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapy support.

Responsibilities
