Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Issaquah, WA. This full-time, onsite role supports students across multiple districts with direct therapy, assessments, and IEP collaboration.

You'll work with a supportive team, participate in ongoing professional development, and enjoy weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through TSCO's 12-month schedule.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license in the applying state
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC
• If working out of state, hold licenses for both states
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individual therapy plans addressing goals
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards
• Provide consultation to staff and parents on communication development
• Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices
