Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year to support students across districts. Positions include on-site opportunities with flexible options and a range of settings, including full-time roles.

You will assess, plan, and provide direct therapy, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to enhance student communication outcomes. State licensure and CCC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Active state SLP license in the state of application.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC.
• If residing in a state different from the applying state, hold licenses in both.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Experience in school-based settings and participation in IEP meetings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy to address articulation, language, social communication, and fluency goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support communication needs in school environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies to facilitate communication development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
