Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a Centralia, WA school-based role for the 2026–2027 year. The position is full-time and onsite, with opportunities to support students across districts.

You will assess speech and language abilities, create individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success in the school environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where applying.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC (if applicable).
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in line with regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies to support communication development.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SLP.
