Job summary

Honor Community Health in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Full Clinical Receptionist for the School-Based Health Center. You will be the primary contact for students, families and school partners during visits, ensuring a welcoming, efficient front desk and smooth patient flow.

Requirements include a High School diploma and 6+ months in a customer service or receptionist role. EMR experience (NextGen preferred) and MS Office skills are needed; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required.
• Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet.
• Spanish speaking preferred
