Job summary

Access Community Health Network is seeking a front desk professional to greet and assist patients, manage check-in, data collection, appointment scheduling, and payments. You will deliver patient-centered service and help improve community health outcomes.

Comprehensive training includes Epic EMR usage. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with a high school diploma and prior front desk or customer service experience in health care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience at a health care front desk or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming front desk environment.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support the patient-centered medical home model.
• Support organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training with Epic EMR.
