Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks qualified clinicians for School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) to deliver behavioral health services across school sites, community settings, and via telehealth. The role operates within MTSS and PBIS frameworks to support wellbeing and learning in youth.

Under limited supervision, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, coordinate therapies, and support families in implementing evidence-based practices to improve outcomes in school and community environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• California licensure in process or able to obtain within 5 years; ASW/AMFT/APCC
• Trauma-informed care familiarity and DSM-5 knowledge recommended.

Responsibilities

• Complete culturally relevant assessments and identify target behaviors and functions.
• Develop effective, measurable treatment plans tailored to child and family needs.
• Provide clinical leadership and data-informed, strengths-based guidance to the team.
• Record and manage clinical information while ensuring family input and safety concerns.
• Coordinate integration of Functional Behavior Analysis into overall child and family plans.
• Develop and refine safety plans addressing reactive and proactive needs.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and efficiency with youth and families.
• Maintain organized documentation and timelines to support priorities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
