Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of outpatient experience with children and/or adults.
• Licensed clinical licensure preferred or eligible with allowed provisional licenses.
• Brief, problem-focused therapy approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and develop care plans with clients and families.
• Provide individual, family or group therapy as appropriate.
• Document clinical interventions in CHC systems and comply with policies.
• Coordinate with physicians and other providers; supervise unlicensed staff as needed.
• Meet productivity standards while delivering quality care.
