United Community & Family Services, Inc. seeks a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician to provide mental health services to students in a middle school setting.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–2:45pm, 52 weeks per year. You will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate with school staff and families, document promptly in EPIC, and participate in supervision to ensure quality care.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field (M.A., M.F.T., M.S.W).
• 4 years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Must hold CT State Licensure - LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical assessment and client-centered mental health treatment.
• Monitor progress toward short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain documentation per agency and payer requirements (incl. EPIC).
• Assess risk and determine appropriate level of care, including crisis cases.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with school personnel, DCF, and other providers.
• Participate in supervision and maintain communication with supervisor and support staff.
• Engage in school-sponsored events to promote the program.
