Job summary

Pacific Clinics' School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) provide tiered behavioral health services across school sites, community settings and via telehealth, employing MTSS and PBIS to support students.

This role involves supervising and coaching Behavior Specialists and Educational Coordinators, ensuring accurate documentation, fidelity to programs, and delivery of high-quality, culturally appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
• At least two (2) years in a behavioral health clinical role
• Strong skills in the implementation of behavior strategies

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, consultation and direct behavior services to assigned customers (e.g., students, caregivers, educators).
• Manage supervision of Behavior Specialists and Associate Educational Clinical Coordinators.
• Use data collection systems to support customer outcomes.
• Coordinate with supervisor to deliver quality services and ensure fidelity.
