Pacific Clinics' School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) hire a Clinical Program Manager to recruit, develop, train, and manage clinical staff and teams, ensuring high‑quality, culturally competent service delivery and strong partnerships with community agencies.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related field, 3+ years of direct clinical experience with youth, California licensure eligibility, and a focus on MTSS, PBIS, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and 3+ years of relevant direct clinical experience.
• Experience with children's mental health and SED youth.
• California licensure as LCSW, MFT, Ph.D. or LPHA eligible.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates services for youth and families with internal and external providers.
• Interprets and ensures implementation of clinical program philosophy and standards.
• Analyzes outcome data to improve clinical service delivery.
• Leads quality improvement efforts and cross-functional teams.
• Ensures compliance with policies, licensing, and regulatory standards.
• Provides 24/7 availability as needed and supports community outreach.
