Job summary

Pacific Clinics’ School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) provide tiered behavioral health services across school sites, communities, and telehealth, within MTSS and PBIS. The role supports behavior specialists and coordinators, ensuring quality services, timely documentation, and program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
• At least two (2) years in a behavioral health clinical role.
• Strong skills in the implementation of behavior strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, consultation, social emotional supports, and direct behavior services to students and caregivers under supervision.
• Oversee and manage Behavior Specialists and Associate Educational Clinical Coordinators.
• Deliver intervention coverage and ensure fidelity to service delivery and documentation standards.
• Utilize data systems to support customer outcomes and progress reporting.
• Develop and deliver staff trainings and materials to support program goals.
