Job summary

Brightli seeks a School Based Support Specialist to deliver intensive outpatient case management for youth in school settings. You will coordinate care with schools, families, and providers, deliver individualized interventions, and promote recovery, resilience, and academic achievement.

Work occurs primarily on school premises during school hours, with home/community support as needed. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documentation, and care coordination to support student success

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in recovery/resiliency and teaching coping skills preferred.
