Job summary

Brightli is seeking a School-Based Support Specialist to deliver in-school mental health services, coordinate care with families and school staff, and support students with individualized plans. You will respond to crises, manage a caseload, and document care per standards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to navigate fast-paced school environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience working with youth in mental health or school settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to students within the school setting.
• Coordinate care with families and school staff.
• Maintain documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
• Respond to crises and conduct follow-ups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in program evaluation.
