Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring part-time School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for the 2026/2027 school year in Huntington Park, California. You’ll work 1:1 with students in a school setting using ABA, with paid training provided to develop essential communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred.
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

Responsibilities

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Be part of a team that loves the climb, showing up each day to support meaningful progress

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required
