Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Brookline, MA, is hiring for School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for the 2026/2027 school year.

You will work 1:1 with students in a classroom setting using ABA; no ABA experience needed as paid training is provided.

Part-time role, school-day hours 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, starting pay $24/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus and benefits including medical options and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least one completed college course.
• Currently enrolled in college.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & insurance.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus.
• Physical requirements: standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Be part of a team that supports ongoing progress and learning.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to ensure consistent progress.

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:
