Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students in a West Hollywood classroom using ABA techniques. Paid training will be provided; no ABA experience required.

Part-time role with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM; candidates should have a High School Diploma and be enrolled in college or hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Transportation, driver's license, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma plus preferred college coursework or degree.
• Currently enrolled in college or pursuing higher education encouraged.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance required.
• Passion for working with children; experience a plus; bilingual skills a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in school-based ABA settings; training provided.
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support progress.

Pay & Schedule

• $20.25-$26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
