Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work in California. Training is provided, with a focus on helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA.

We offer a part-time schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings, plus paid training, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following: at least one completed college course or currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:
