Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Marina Del Rey, CA is seeking School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism in the classroom. This part-time role runs 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM with pay $19.25–$23.00 per hour.

You will work 1:1 with students, help build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors. A High School Diploma or higher is required, along with college coursework or enrollment, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one of the following.
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.
