Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Signal Hill, California seeks School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism in ABA-based programs. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided. This part-time role follows school-day hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, run, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
