Intercare Therapy in California seeks Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based support for children with autism. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training and ongoing supervision.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons and early evenings, $19–$23 per hour, with travel within a 20–40 mile radius. Join a supportive team and help children gain communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the listed options: some college coursework, enrollment, or an associate/bachelor’s degree.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration and insurance.
• Willing to travel locally (20–40 miles).
• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations.

$19.00–$23.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
