Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, and you can work afternoons and early evenings for a flexible schedule.

This part-time position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a willingness to travel within a 20–40 mile radius. Bilingual candidates are a plus, and physical activity is involved in daily client support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with one of the listed options.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with a 20–40 mile travel radius.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.

Pay & Schedule

$19.25–$23.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
