Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavioral Technicians for in-home and clinic-based work in Culver City, CA. This part-time role offers paid training and the chance to support children with autism in their daily environments.

You’ll work 1:1 with children, helping them gain communication, social, and daily living skills, with travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius. A flexible schedule and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following: completed college course, currently enrolled in college, or degree (Assoc./Bach.).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40mi radius).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.

Pay & Schedule

$19.25–$23.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
