Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a part-time aide to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience required; paid training will be provided to get you started.

You will travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, helping children build communication and daily living skills with supervision and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• At least one completed college course.
• Currently enrolled in college acceptable.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid license required.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual a plus.
• Active role with physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Assist children in building communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local locations to deliver services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.

$500 Sign-On Bonus

$22.00–$26.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
