Job summary

Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) seeks a BCBA to join our Behavior Services team in Hamden, CT. This full-time, day-shift position requires a 4-year degree and current BCBA certification with CT licensure.

You will conduct comprehensive behavior analytic assessments, observations, and data-driven reporting; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate programs; and maintain compliance with Safety and instructional standards. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and CT Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Must hold BCBA and CT LBA within 6 months of employment.
• Complete all components of ACES Systematic Safety Intervention Training (ASSIST) within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal behavior analytic assessments including functional, skill-based, ecological, and preference assessments.
• Conduct observations of students and staff.
• Analyze and report behavioral and instructional data; prepare assessment reports.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in development, implementation, and assessment of programmatic activities.
