Job summary

Watertown Public Schools in Connecticut seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students at Watertown High School and the Transition Academy. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, and collaborate with educators to implement evidence-based supports.

Qualifications

Licensed in CT as BCBA and eligible for school-based practice.
Experience performing FBA and designing effective BIPs.
Proven ability to provide staff training and support.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
Design and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
Design and manage data collection systems and progress graphs.
Oversee in-district development of behavior management plans.
Collaborate with staff to strengthen Autism programming and student targets.
Provide written progress updates and contribute to IEP progress reporting.
