Job summary

Constellation Kids seeks a licensed BCBA to develop and oversee behavior analytic programs for students in public schools in Rocky Hill, CT. Newly certified grads are encouraged to apply, with supervision of technicians and collaboration with school teams.

The BCBA will conduct formal assessments (VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2) and make clinical recommendations aligned with DSM-5-TR criteria. Ongoing documentation, data collection, and training are required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification required.
• State licensure and BACB supervision training preferred/required.
• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage behavior analytic programs in public-school settings.
• Provide direct, one-on-one services and supervise technicians weekly.
• Collaborate with school team members and department leadership.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and data collection for progress.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2) and make clinical recommendations.
