Job summary

The Children's Center of Hamden is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across Whitney Hall School and agency programs. You will provide evidence-based behavioral consultation, assessment, treatment planning, staff coaching, and data-driven interventions to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Connecticut Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments, observations, and data reviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, and crisis/safety plans.
• Assess students across programs to support consistent behavioral recommendations.
