Job summary

Milestones Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our on-site team in Connecticut. The role involves collaborating with teachers and classroom staff, participating in intake, and implementing assessments with a focus on applying behavior analytic strategies to improve staff performance.

You will provide supervision for RBTs/BCaBAs as required, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, and review progress with SPED teams, LEAs, and parents.

Qualifications

• Active BACB Credential and CT license to practice Behavior Analysis
• 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism or developmental delays
• Meet all BACB supervision requirements
• Excellent professional, leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Must follow all safety procedures and requirements

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Special Education Teachers and classroom team
• Participate in the intake process for new students
• Implement and/or oversee implementation of assessments
• Apply Behavior Analytic strategies to improve staff performance
• Provide ongoing supervision as required by BACB for RBTs and/or BCaBA
• Supervise fieldwork for behavior analytic candidates as assigned
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Review student graphs and programming with SPED and modify to promote progress
• Observe programming to assess procedural integrity and progress, and make recommendations
• Manage and assist with crisis emergency procedures
• Model professionalism and mentor staff on confidentiality
• Collaborate with parents, related service providers, and LEAs
• Other duties as assigned
