Job summary

Connecticut Behavioral Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services across client populations. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, and supervision of behavior technicians.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure individualized, ethical, data-driven practice and meaningful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and supervise staff, ensuring fidelity to the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports.
• Offer caregiver training and consultation to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Monitor data and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
